It’s back to school time and parents are juggling and struggling to get the kids dressed, fed and off to school. Then they struggle to get to work on time. In all the struggling, they often miss the most important meal of the day, breakfast. Since September is Better Breakfast month, maybe it’s time to change the morning routine a bit and take time out for a healthy, family meal.

Have better concentration and be more alert
Miss fewer days of school

What should you eat for breakfast?
